Through video, sculpture and sound, artists iliana Emilia García and Scherezade García explore the historical and social construction of the fabric of Las Americas through a maritime culture. Agua Firme was commissioned as an extension of the exhibition Kingdom of this World, Reimagined, and is part of an ongoing series of contemporary installations in the UAG’s historic Rotunda.
